MIA LATAM is an innovative financial inclusion intervention for migrant women in Latin America, starting in Colombia.

It articulates a digital and community ecosystem that integrates a web platform, a virtual assistant via WhatsApp, financial education (MIA Impulsa), linkage to financial services (MIA Acompaña) and information on rights (MIA Informa).

MIA LATAM seeks to address the lack of reliable and relevant financial information and the difficulty of accessing financial products in recipient countries.

It offers comprehensive support in three migration stages: landing , transition and regularization, promoting access, appropriation and strategic use of financial tools to strengthen their economic autonomy.
