This edition explores what systemic change looks like in action, from new collaborative solutions emerging through the Hello Accelerator to cultural moments reshaping public narratives, alongside insights from across our global ecosystem. 

We also welcome our newest Ashoka Fellow, Lala Lovera, whose work is redefining migration narratives through education and shared leadership.

This edition captures some of the year’s most inspiring moments: the vibrant energy of the Hola América Festival in Mexico City; the launch of our Narrative Lab in Latin America; and youth-led efforts in Milan reimagining belonging.

This edition spotlights Hello Accelerator, our cross-regional initiative co-created with IKEA Social Entrepreneurship. Across Europe and Latin America, 36 changemakers, many with lived migration experience, have joined forces with business leaders, policymakers, media, academia, and civil society to co-create collaborative solutions.

What’s emerging is more than a set of ideas. It’s a growing ecosystem advancing systemic change.
