As migration became an increasingly defining force in Europe’s social and economic realities, we first looked at solutions already working on the ground. We went deeper at the country level to understand different contexts and systems, engaging influential groups such as youth and business, alongside systemic levers — including narratives and policy.
Building on this country-level work, we designed topic-focused accelerators to drive lasting change. We later expanded this approach through regional accelerators, addressing shared challenges across European contexts.
Hello Europe Tour
We organized a series of events across Europe, bringing together social innovators, thought leaders and practitioners to reimagine migration as an opportunity for shared progress. Through these gatherings, we shared actionable insights, showcased innovative solutions, and fostered cross-sector dialogue.
Stepping Up: Ukrainian Refugees & Changemaking
We connected 365 changemakers from Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia to share challenges, insights, and solutions for the future of migration systems. These perspectives informed a regional report capturing key learnings and recommendations on how Europe can move beyond emergency responses, recognizing refugees as changemakers and unlocking new pathways for inclusion and collaboration.
Hey! Europe: Young Changemakers
We brought together young people with lived migration experience to strengthen their agency, leadership, and voice. Through peer learning, storytelling, and collaboration, we supported young changemakers to influence narratives, connect across borders, and contribute to more inclusive migration systems.
Corporate Changemaking
We worked with companies and business leaders to explore how the private sector can contribute to more inclusive and effective migration systems. Through dialogue, learning spaces, and collaboration with social innovators, we identified practical entry points for businesses to support inclusion, unlock talent, and contribute to systemic change.
Hello Migration Policy Unit
We worked at the intersection of policy, practice, and lived experience to reshape migration frameworks. By connecting social innovators, policymakers, and other key stakeholders, we translated on-the-ground insights into policy-relevant knowledge, contributing to dialogue, recommendations, and systemic change across Europe.
Ecosystem Accelerator
We brought together social innovators, employers, policymakers, and other ecosystem actors around shared challenges in migrant employment. By working across sectors and countries, we supported collaborative solution design, tested new approaches, and strengthened the conditions needed to connect people on the move to decent work and economic participation.

We joined forces with IKEA Social Entrepreneurship to catalyze socio-economic inclusion in the field of migration. Together, we bring changeleaders across sectors together to build & implement solutions that drive socio-economic inclusion for migrant talent in Europe and Latin America.

We bring together initiatives across sectors—from employment and education to housing, health, and community-building—forming a growing ecosystem where people on the move lead change. Spanning 11 countries, the portfolio includes 83 social innovations supported through the accelerator and its wider ecosystem.
